Route 66, Photographs from the Mother Road

Route 66 is one of the most iconic roadways in America. It’s not just a road to get from point A to point B, rather a causeway of unique plots along the way to explore, each more incredible than the next. The ever-changing landscape provides travelers cultural experience they can find nowhere else. Restaurants, rest stops, small businesses, neon signs, and vintage motels offer so much to see and do along the way. Route 66 weaves through the fabric of America and has mesmerized millions of lives with no end in sight.

“Much of my life was formed by the open road; that includes Route 66 as well as many other U.S. highways that all inspire adventure. The feeling of rolling down the highway brings excitement, curiosity and discovery that I am itching to share through my pictures.” –Terrence Moore
